About Power Quality Audit
Power Quality Audit
We provide world class Power Quality Audit Services to ensure smooth and reliable quality of power in a facility. For this we use advanced instruments Power Quality Analyzer, Digital Multimeter, Digital Clamp Meter, Digital Leakage Current Tester, Digital Earth Resistance Tester, and Thermographer etc.
We follow IEE guideline during power Quality Audit. We measure and record all the important parameters like Voltage, Load Current, Frequency, Power Factor, Voltage Unbalance, Load Unbalance, Total Harmonic Distortion (V&I), KW, KVAH, KVAr, KWH, KVAH, KVAHr, Earth Leakage Current, Earth Resistance, and Equipotential Bonding between grounding pits etc. We also carry out Infra Red Thermograph Scans for all the terminations in the electrical distribution system to locate hot spots due to loose terminations.
We prepare detailed power quality reports highlighting the improvement areas. In our Audit Report we advise our customers about necessary preventive and corrective actions to be taken. We also emphasise about the correct procedure and equipments to be used for effective correction of deal with problem areas.
We thus help our customer about how to have smooth operation and better productivity at the facility. We are carrying power quality audits for IT-enabled Services, Data Centres, process plant, malls, hospitals and commercial buildings. We have been actively involved in this business for more than last seven years.
Some of our customers are DLF Utilities Ltd., Axis Bank Ltd, Philips India Ltd, BSES, Credit Suise,, DB SChenker India Pvt. Ltd., Urban Eco Infra Pvt. Ltd., Utilities Forms Ltd, Aircel and many others
Purpose and ScopeOur Power Quality Audit aims to detect, diagnose, and resolve electrical disturbances such as harmonics, voltage events, interruptions, and unbalances. The service is ideal for facilities experiencing equipment malfunctions, unexplained breakdowns, or soaring energy costs, ensuring robust energy management and equipment reliability.
Measurement and Data RecordingCertified engineers capture core electrical parametersvoltage, current, harmonics, flicker, power factor, frequency, and morethrough advanced instruments. Data recording intervals are selectable for optimal analysis, ranging from 1 second to 30 minutes, ensuring precise tracking of both transient and persistent power disturbances.
Report and Onsite SupportClients receive comprehensive digital or printed reports, typically within 57 business days following the audit. Our experts provide onsite support for root cause analysis, solution implementation, and follow-up audits as required, guaranteeing continual improvement in power quality and system performance.
